How Does ADR Work?
For every ADR product order, you earn points based on 20 percent of the total price before taxes. Once you've been with the program for 12 orders, you earn 30 percent. Each month, you can earn up to 75 points!

Product points accrue with each monthly order and can be redeemed at a rate of one point to one dollar-so for a $100 order you can earn $30 of free money to spend on any Nu Skin or Pharmanex and select Big Planet products!

ADR Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a membership fee?
There are no membership fees.

Who is eligible for Automatic Delivery Rewards (ADR) Program?
Any US distributors and wholesale customers from Nu Skin, Pharmanex, or Big Planet may enroll. International Distributors may join and take advantage of the discounts and reduced shipping rates.

Is there a program for retail customers?
Retail customers can join our auto ship program. It is very similar to the ADR program but it doesn't have online capabilities. You may call 1-800-487-1000 with questions regarding our auto ship program.

Is there a penalty for canceling?
There is not a penalty for canceling your ADR order. However, you will lose all the points you have accumulated and if you want to enroll in ADR at a later date, you will be enrolled at the 20 percent rate and be required to order for 12 months before advancing to the 30 percent rate for point accumulation.

Set up Questions

How do I set up my Automatic Delivery Rewards (ADR) order?
1. Visit your sponsor’s website and click on the ADP or FountainClub link.
2. Call 1-800-487-1000: The Company offers a dedicated service line where a representative will take care of all of your needs, providing you with World Class Customer Service. Starting November 1, 2003.

Can anyone change my Automatic Delivery order on my behalf?
In order to protect our members account information, only the actual member can change the ADR order or make any changes to his or her account.

Can my ADR order be broken up through multiple, smaller orders placed during the month?
You can create multiple ADR orders and have them ship at various dates throughout the month.

Can I order products from other divisions on my ADR order?
You can add any Nu Skin, Pharmanex and select Big Planet products to your order. Marketing materials, kits and product accessories do not count for point accumulation.

Shipping Questions

What is the shipping rate for my ADR order?
Shipping charges have been discounted to a flat $4 rate for all ADR orders less than $500, except for those orders that require special shipping. ADR orders greater than or equal to $500 will have free shipping, except for those orders that require special shipping.

If I am an ADR member will I pay the $4 flat shipping rate on a non ADR Order?
The $4 flat shipping rate is a discounted rate for the monthly ADR orders. Regular shipping rates apply to all additional non-ADR orders placed within the month.

Can ADR orders be backdated to count for the previous month's volume?
All ADR orders must be placed in the month they are intended to count for volume. There will be no backdating of ADR orders. ADR orders are required to fulfill the active requirements in order to receive a commission check. Please make sure to place your ADR order in the month you want it counted for volume.

Is there a certain time before my ship date that changes to my ADR order must be made?
Changes to your order must be done by midnight on the day before your order is scheduled to ship. So, if your order is scheduled for the 25th of the month, you have until midnight on the 24th to modify your order. NOTE: If your ship date lands on a weekend or holiday your order will ship out a different day. On weekends we ship Saturday orders on Friday and Sunday orders on Monday. It is in your best interest to modify your orders a few days prior to your ship date to avoid problems.

Point Questions

What are Product Points?
Product points are earned as you place ADR orders and can be redeemed for FREE product. One product point is equal to one dollar toward the purchase of products.

Can I use product points in place of my monthly ADR order?
ADR points may only be redeemed in addition to the ADR order. If you want to redeem points on your ADR order you will need to first place an order of $35 or more. Otherwise, you can place a separate order to redeem your points and you will need to pay shipping and handling.

Do product points carry over from one month to another? Can they expire?
Product points will accumulate from month to month and don't expire. However, when an ADR account is cancelled all product points will be cancelled.

How many product points do I receive per month?
ADR distributors and customers will receive points of 20% of their ADR order value every month they order. After 12 orders on the program the percentage increases to 30% of their ADR order value every month they order. You can earn up to 75 points per month. The 75 points a month is per Distributor/Customer Identification Number not per order.

How can I see how many product points I have accumulated?
Your points will be displayed online from the ADR maintenance page. Or you can call 1-800-487-1000 and ask a representative.

Will I receive my product points if I have my order held for the month?
No.

When can I redeem my product points?
Accrued product points can be added to your ADR order with $35 of product to take advantage of the reduced shipping or if your order has already been shipped, you can use your product points on a separate order and pay the full shipping rate.

Can I use my product points for marketing materials?
Product points can only be redeemed on products.

Can anyone redeem the product points on my account?
ADR orders must be placed by the ADR Member; therefore, the member is the only individual who can redeem the product points.

Do I receive a percentage of points for my web hosting?
Web hosting and the web marketing tool kit will receive points based on a percentage of the monthly fees.

Can I transfer product points to another account?
Product points are not transferable.

Can I use my accumulated product points on internet orders?
Product points can only be redeemed by calling 1-800-487-1000.
